Kyle has a reputation for being off the rails. He has terrorised his way through school and intimidates pupils and staff alike. And he is also a carer for a mother who is slowly fading away. Can our system, plagued by cuts, manage to provide the care it is expected to for both staff and pupils? After all...we have statistics to look after and a reputation to keep.
