Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh
Arboretum Pl, EH3 5LR Edinburgh, United Kingdom
Throughout August, the lush setting of the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh
plays host to the #Pianodrome
— a 100 seater amphitheatre made entirely from upcycled pianos. Sheltered by a geodesic dome and nestled between the trees on the Pyrus Lawn, follow the sounds of pianos to find us.
Between 10am and 5.45pm, from 3-26 August, the Pianodrome will be open to the public for family friendly workshops and the Pianodrome // free concerts
, with plenty of time in between for you to sit down and noodle on the five pianos or take time out from the bustling Fringe. And as night falls, the space becomes the stage of very special evening concerts at Pianodrome Live
(Weds-Sun nights) and Life drawing at The Pianodrome
on Monday nights.
