Thinking about doing Veganuary or just curious about plant-based cooking but don’t know where to start?
Join us for a cookery workshop with Norma from New Norm who will inspire you with some delicious and nutritious plant-based recipes and guide you through cooking a three course plant-based meal to give you the confidence to introduce more plant-based meals into your weekly menus at home.
Not only that but we’ll fuel you with some hints and tips on how you can make the shift to enjoying a plant-based diet even if you have a hectic schedule to contend with and don’t have time to cook every single meal from scratch.
To round off the afternoon you will get to enjoy the fruits of your own labours in a relaxed environment with some fellow foodies.
A teaser of the menu that you will cook and enjoy together:
Starter – an exploration of plant-based broths; energizing, healing & beautifying.
Main – your favourite meaty bases and creamy sauces can be just as delicious when you go plant-based, demonstrated through a Greek moussaka.
Dessert – decadent desserts certainly don’t have to be a thing of the past, demonstrated through a cacao orange torte.
