We're about to start the next block of this beautiful and friendly yoga class. It will be running from Wed 20th feb until Wed 3rd April.
Newcomers can begin anytime. You're welcome to trial the class any week and then continue the block (should you wish) at a pro-rated price. Drop-in is also available on the weeks that we have space (just send me a message to confirm).
The 75 min class includes: a physical practice of gentle and more dynamic flowing postures, deep relaxation, beautiful words, energising breathing practices, accessible meditation, gorgeous music, dreamy aromas – and sometimes fruit!
Even if you are brand new to yoga, I hope you will find the classes welcoming and supportive as well as manageable. A safe place to find your feet… and connect with yourself. Here are a few things people have said about them:

I feel very strongly that yoga classes should be accessible to all who are looking for them. I offer a low-income rate of £42 for the 7 classes or £9 drop in but if that rate is still an obstacle to you attending, please don't hesitate to send me a message and we will work something out.
